Judson Preschool

Judson Preschool focuses on play-based learning. An average day consists of everything from crafts to cooking to music. Judson has been around for 36 years, making it one of the oldest and most-established preschools in Minneapolis.


Valley Preschool

Located east of Minneapolis, in Stillwater, Valley Preschool approaches learning in a holistic way. It’s a nonprofit program that parents operate. It’s been around for 35 years and is often recognized in the media for its high-quality preschool education. Valley Preschool considers itself the bridge between home and school, working to prepare students for their future pursuits of education. It focuses on strengthening social, emotional and intellectual foundations for its preschool students.


Jardin Magico

Jardin Magico is both a preschool and day care in Eden Prairie, the near suburb of Minneapolis. Both the preschool and day care programs are Spanish immersion ones. The workers at Jardin Magico expose kids to Spanish early on, in an effort to open their brains to new languages at an early age. The program also strives for health and believes in feeding kids organic food. It prides itself on the diversity of the program. They have 3 programs in the area (here, here, and here)
