My name is Madison and I’ve worked with kids of all ages for about 10 years now. I started as a nursery school teacher at church caring for children aged 02 years old, for which I was cleared by the PA Child Abuse History Clearance. After that, I became a Sunday School teacher for a classroom of 11-15 children between the ages of 23. I taught lessons, played games, and provided general care for all of the children. I took child development classes for 4 years and also am CPR certified. In 2016, I spent a year as a teaching volunteer at the American Museum of Natural History. I would lead visiting school groups (grades K12) around the various halls I was certified to teach and tell them about the exhibits as well as walk them through our carts of hands-on learning materials. In 2017, I started working as a playtesting intern for an education company. I worked with children to playtest our educational games and products. Currently, I work as a marketing coordinator for the same education technology company which is based in DUMBO and creates math, science, and language arts curriculum products for schools.
