Hi,

My name is Gabby! I am a Teacher assistant for the Special Education Program at a Chicago Public High School and I primarily work with the Deaf and Hard of Hearing population. I am looking forward to becoming a DHH Teacher and starting my bachelor’s degree at Illinois State University in the summer of 2024. My B.A. program will be strictly online and therefore my availability is flexible.

I grew up in a Mexican household as a middle child with a long line of cousins. I have taken care of my family members including my niece and nephew and my family’s friends’ children too. In addition, I have a few families I consistently babysit for. My goal is to become part of your child’s life and be more than a “babysitter” but a long-term supporter in any way possible. I would love to see your child grow up and be successful in what they decide to do in life.

I enjoy being creative with the kids by making arts and crafts. I love going out to the park, out for walks and pets. I enjoy listening to music and dancing too. I also like to play board games and video games! Most importantly being safe and having fun! :)
