Hello! My name is Kane Bailey.

I’m a professional with a passion for helping kids learn and grow, and I have a strong background in education.

My experience includes working as a Middle School Teacher at the Kansas City International Academy, where I designed an inclusive curriculum to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. I’m skilled at collaborating with families to foster a supportive educational environment.

Before teaching middle school, I was a preschool teacher at Operation Breakthrough. I also have experience as a Teach for America Corps Member, where I taught in underserved areas, adapted my teaching methods to address educational disparities, and implemented data-driven strategies to improve student performance and engagement.

In addition to my classroom experience, I worked as a Site Facilitator for the Poudre Valley School District, managing the middle school’s after-school program.

I’m an expert in communication, teamwork, and curriculum development, and I am highly experienced in leadership. I am dedicated to creating a dynamic and supportive environment where your children can learn, thrive, and have fun!
