Hey there, my name is Karen! I’ve been working with children for over four years in daycare and school settings, with occasional babysitting on the side. Ive worked with kids in many capacities and ages ranging from infancy to school-aged. I enjoy teaching children through hands-on experience by setting up the environment for them to explore and learn for themselves through play and thoughtful guidance. I like keeping kids active by engaging in arts and crafts, spending outdoor time, playing sports/tag, and exploring the neighborhood with the children. I am certified in CPR and First Aid since July 14, 2020. I also obtained my Early Childhood Education Credential Level 5 through my work/field experience and college courses. In my free time I enjoy trying out different restaurants, nature walks/hikes, jamming to live music, and exploring museums/galleries.
