Hi , I’m Rachel! I live in Roscoe Village/North Center and I’m looking for work in the North side of Chicago.
I have 4 years of experience as a camp counselor back in Madison, WI, where I’m from. There, I worked with kids age 4-10. I really love kids. I love their energy, curiosity, and innovative ideas. I find that when you treat them with respect, like you would any person, you get so much out of them. I am comfortable working with all age groups.
I have had previous training in child cpr, although the certification is expired.
I love spending time outside, exercise, specifically yoga, and cooking. I love getting kids engaged in the kitchen and teaching safe techniques that can inspire a lifelong love of food.
I am hardworking, personable, practical, and creative. I would love to support a growing mind and an awesome family.
