Hello! My name is Sheila and I am searching for a part time nanny or babysitting job in the River North area starting or after Dec. 23rd. I have over 10 years of babysitting experience, as well as an undergraduate degree in Child Life/ Development and a soon to be Master’s Degree in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling. I have experience with children in the following settings: home, schools, hospitals, mental health, child advocacy center, Gilda’s club, other volunteer organizations. I have completed one Child Life Practicum and one Child Development Practicum. I have experience working with children affected by cancer, mental health, learning dissabilities, developmental dissabilities, trauma, etc. I am leaving my current job which is at a Partial Hospitalization Program (mental health setting) working with children and adolescents experiencing signifcant levels of depression and anxiety to complete my internship for graduate school. My availability is all day Monday and Wednesday, weekends, and evenings!
