Hey, nice to meet you!
I’m Vanna and I have been in child and pet care for the past 3 years. I have been employed by the U.S. Army, an academy for neurodivergent kids, parents, pet parents and TONS of service industry jobs (they really do build character) so I understand chaos and I thrive in it.
The most important thing about me is that I CARE. Since I have been in this field for a little while, it sounds even stupid to say, but I do. I have met a lot of people who only think about childcare as a JOB; I don’t believe in that when it comes to children. I especially care about behavior analysis, development stages, teaching, sensory output, fine motor skills, emotion regulation, physical therapy and health.

Relevant & straightforward experience:
- newborn baby (from age 0 to exactly 1), she was amazing
- toddlers (ages 1-3), all boys (2 years experience)
- 60+ neurodivergent children, mostly autism diagnoses (ages 6-14) (still currently employed here as a Therapeutic Assistant)
- DOGS! I am a dog mom (3 years) and have been a petsitter for ROVER (1 year) I also have experience with puppies, kittens, and cats. (bonus!: my best friend is a vet tech in an ER hospital, always a call away)
