Hi! My name is Heather, and I am a 22-year-old recent graduate from The Ohio State University with a degree in psychology. I currently work as a teacher for children with Autism and other developmental and intellectual disabilities. Working with children is my passionI love helping them learn, grow, and explore the world around them.

I have over six years of babysitting experience and two years of specialized experience working with children on the autism spectrum. I understand the importance of patience, structure, and individualized care, and I strive to create a fun, nurturing, and safe environment for every child I watch.

I am CPR and First Aid certified, ensuring I am prepared to handle emergencies with a calm and professional approach. Additionally, I have experience with behavior management strategies, sensory-friendly activities, and communication techniques to support children with different needs.

Beyond childcare, I love cooking, reading, traveling, and spending time outdoors. I firmly believe in getting kids outside to play, explore, and use their imagination rather than spending too much time on screens. Whether its engaging in arts and crafts, reading stories, playing games, or whipping up a fun and healthy snack, I aim to make each babysitting experience both enjoyable and enriching.
