My name is Emma and I am currently a graduate student getting my Master’s in Counseling. I am passionate about social justice, personal growth, and social-emotional learning.
I love working with kids because they are so curious about the world and open-hearted to others. I have been nannying for 9 years now, working with kids of all ages. In my free time I enjoy playing soccer, reading good fiction novels, and spending time with my family. I am hoping to find a nannying job in NYC for the summer before starting classes again in the fall.
As a nanny, I want to work with parents to best support the development of their child/children. I like working with the parents as a team and being on the same page with boundaries, expectations, and communication. I believe in emotional validation of children and helping them develop self-trust. I also just like being silly and having fun!
