Hello my name is orole I’m a college student at nhti currently studying to get my associate’s in early childhood education. I’ve always loved working with kids every since I can remember and the joy they give you when they’ve learned a new thing is amazing. I’ve worked at my schools daycare my freshman year and worked with toddlers,infants , preschoolers too helping them develop their cognitive skills and creating activities around them learning a new skill from reading to social and emotional skills, language skills , motor skills and many more. I also have worked at another daycare in Concord called headstart where I also worked with infants,toddlers,preschoolers,and even kindergarteners. While I was there I was a substitute teacher and helped the other teachers feed children, set up activities for them , get them ready for nap, get them dresses for outside time. I’ve always loved being a sitter mainly because I think when your around children they just make your day happier with their joy they have and energy they have while their playing.
