Hi! My name is Chelsea, and Im currently a student at the University of Colorado Boulder studying Psychology. I went to Deerfield high school, and I will be back in Deerfield for the summer on May 7th. Im passionate about working with kids and hope to become an elementary school social worker one day. Ive been babysitting since 8th grade and have a wide range of experience with children of all ages, including those with special needs.

Im fun, energetic, creative, and responsibleand I truly love helping kids learn and grow. Ive spent the past four summers as a counselor at a two-month overnight camp, working with the same group of 13 campers each year. In high school, I volunteered in after-school programs and clubs supporting students with special needs, and I also worked in the kids club at my local rec center, caring for children ages 10 months to 12 years old.

During my time in Boulder, Ive continued working with kids, including volunteering in a local elementary school. Ive built strong relationships with families I babysit for back home in Chicago and would love to find a local family to help out this summer. Im excited to bring my experience, enthusiasm, and care to a new opportunity!
