My name is Rashana and I have been passionately working with children for over 10 years. I have a degree in Early Childhood Development and experience working in preschool settings. I have also worked as a weekend babysitter/nanny for the last 15 years.

For the last 10 years I have worked/co-owned an in-home childcare, where we cared for 14 children daily. My daily responsibilities included the following:
-Cared for 14 children ages 6 weeks to 10 years old
-Prepared meals, bottles, and snacks
-Conducted educational activities (Ex. reading stories, sensory play, nature walks, arts & crafts)
-Changed diapers and potty trained
-Performed housework related to childcare, like vacuuming, washing dishes, laundry, tidying play areas
-Insured that all play areas remained safe and free from hazardous items
-Provided parents daily reports on their child’s schedule and behavior
