One summer I had the opportunity to babysit a little girl named Sophia and I completely fell in love with her. I changed her diaper, fed her, played with her and the experience will forever be imprinted in my heart. Growing up my mother was also a babysitter. I would go with her to work and play with the children she took care of. Seeing the love my mother had for others pushed me towards my current major, English. As an English major I do prefer a good book over any electronic device. I also like to encourage children to do the same. If not any other activity whether its a board game, playing outside, or arts/crafts is perfectly fine with me.
In high school I wad accepted into a program where I ultimately received my certification as a nurses’ assistant, and although I am not certified in CPR, I do know hoe to give CPR.
Overall, I thank God everyday for the many blessing he has given me throughout my lifetime and I hope to share those blessings with everyone around me.
