I am 24 years old and live on the southside of Indianapolis. Although I only have 4 years of professional childcare experience under my belt (including daycares and nannying) I have been babysitting since I was 14 and had a daily part in caring for my 5 younger siblings until I moved in 2018. I have the most experience with toddlers and younger (I was a lead teacher for toddler rooms at the daycares I worked at) but I currently nanny for a family with a kindergartener and preschooler and have babysat for all ages. From a young age, I always wanted to work with kids and although my life has taken me in different routes, I always end up in some childcare setting. Working with children brings me so much joy, I love meeting new faces, forming bonds with them and connecting with parents. I love to create new experiences (through play, crafts, games, make believe) and to foster and encourage kids’ natural excitement and wonder in the world and environment around them.
