That helped me learn about the different needs children of varying ages have, multi-tasking, staying on schedule, and calmly resolving conflicts when they occur. I’m also the oldest of five, so I had to help my parents take care of my younger siblings occasionally. That helped me feel more comfortable going into daycare since I already had experience taking care of children.
