Hi! My name is Ella Springer, and Im entering my third year at the University of Pennsylvania. Ive always had a passion for childcare and love creating fun, safe, and engaging environments for kids. Im high-energy, very communicative, and pride myself on being reliable and responsible.

I have experience tutoring in various subjects- during high school, I worked with three students, helping them reach honor roll. I also taught fencing to children ages 46 at Tessa International School, which gave me hands-on experience managing young kids in an active setting.
