My name is Andrea, and I am 33 years old. I have more than 18 years of care taking, as I started to work with kids when I began high school. I am fluent in English and Spanish, and feel comfortable around families with pets. I can also cook, and keep a tidy place, if need be. I enjoy taking the kids outside, as well as staying indoors and making my time with them fun and entertaining. I have built great rapport with each and every family I have worked for. I have even been recommended for other families, through word of mouth. I set my boundaries with families, and children from the beginning, and I think that is very important for communication purposes. I have worked in the homes, I have tutored several children, and I currently work as a behavior therapist in a therapeutic care center. I am concise and clear when giving directions, and having a behavior therapist background, I have experienced many and several behaviors, and feel quite comfortable handling them, in the home as well as outside in the community.
