My name is Ashley, I’m 29, and I hold a dual degree from Berklee College of Music and Suffolk University with a a BSA in Vocal performance and a BSBA, Entertainment Marketing.

I nannied for a family for 5 years during high school and college. Since then I’ve continued to help families on weekends and evening. I have experience with infants, twins and kids up to 12 years old. I love kids and watching their personalities form! I think NYC is a great place to raise a family because they can experience so much here.

I love art, music, and reading. Prefer to be outdoors. Understand the importance of routines. Will not be on my phone while I’m with your child, I feel guilty when I’m on the phone at the dog park with my pup!

During the last 6 years I’ve as a marketing professional. Due to lay-offs my team was eliminated. I’m actively seeking a new full-time employment but am focused on finding the right position, not just the next position, which will take time. For that reason, I’m looking for regular babysitting clients or a short contract nanny position. I’d be happy to agree to an arranged time frame that would be suitable for each of us to ensure there is no unexpected lack in care. I’m estimating my search will be 6-15 weeks. Perfect for those needing short term care or trying out a nanny for the first time.
