Ive worked with children for the past two years as a summer camp instructor and climbing wall instructor. My main age group I work with is between 5 and 15. I absolutely love working with kids, I love coming up with new and exciting ways to communicate with different individuals and create adventures and structure that help them grow and learn. I personally grew up left behind by the traditional education system, and so in my current field I really try to find meaningful ways to draw education into the natural way children learn. Im in college for a technology degree but planning on taking that degree into childrens education. Im currently trained in CPR, First aid/AED and administering epinephrine. Ive worked with children primarily in outdoor environments where safety and education are the main priorities but do also have plenty of experience in a home setting where my job revolves around entertainment and care.
