I am the oldest child of 7, so I have been surrounded by children all my life. I have lots of experience raising children because of my many brothers and sisters. I have also worked with children in a professional environment as well. I volunteered in a winter giveaway event twice. We would set up games, arts and crafts, and give away toys to children of the neighborhood. I worked as a tutor and a camp counselor. I was a tutor for pre-schoolers to help increase their reading levels. While being a camp counselor I was concentrated in the age group of 5-8, but had also worked at times with the older kids as well. I believe that my extensive experience with children makes me qualified for this position.
