I am currently a New York University undergraduate student. I am originally from Massachusetts and I have spent every summer of the last 11 years at a summer camp on Cape Cod. I started attending camp as a camper and then, at 16 years old, I completed the Counselor in Training program, followed by the Junior Counselor Program. For the past three years, I have been a camp counselor at this YMCA camp. I have completed three, intense, week-long YMCA Camp Counselor training sessions and I have experience counseling homesick children, children with disabilities, and autistic children. I teach Arts & Crafts to children ages 7-15 at camp and I have experience with high ropes, archery, sailing, tennis, and numerous other outdoor skills. I have babysat for many families and completed the Red Cross Babysitters Training. I am CPR certified. My favorite things to do include crafting, reading, being outdoors, playing games, and baking. I have been background checked outside of Sittercity, I can provide you with the paperwork if you would like.
