I am currently a Masters of Social Work Graduate Student at Columbia University. I hope to learn psychotherapy and nonprofit management skills in order to help children and refugees.

I have been babysitting since 2011, and have babysat a family with twins for 6 years. I have mentored in San Francisco. I also taught art classes and worked in administration in Marin when I was a TA for the after school program, kindergarten and third grade. I also spent a year teaching English to middle school Japanese students in Japan. The past two years I ran a mentoring program at a childrens nonprofit for marginalized communities. I taught life skills to 10th graders biweekly. My years in education and social work have helped me understand and handle children and young adults who are in the midst of development.

I can help with homework and provide tutoring, as well. My education in Environmental Sciences enables me to assist and teach quantitative subjects like math and science. I speak conversational Chinese and Japanese.
