Back in my home town in missouri I volunteered at the preschool for as long as they would let me for! (about 5 years) I mainly would care for kids ages 2-6 and ive stayed in contact with multiple of the families after they leave the program. The longest family bond ive created is im going on almost 7 years strong with a family with two kids. the eldest daughter is in 4th grade and she was in the class i volunteered in when she was barely 3 years old.
Im able to provide loving care but also be stern and enforce boundaries and rules with respect!
