Hi there! My name is Jacquelyne – I prefer Jacquelyne, but Jackie is okay too. I am 25 years old living in the UES, chasing my Broadway dreams in this wild city. I have always loved being around kids. Kids have this great way of making the stresses of life seem so minute, in a selfless and effortless way – they are a constant reminder to keep an element of “play” and fun in my adult life.

I studied Musical Theatre and Dance at The State University of New York at Fredonia for 4 years before taking on a singing contract with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. My life in the arts has contributed to my babysitting style, and I think it’s what truly sets me apart from other sitters. Being a part of the performing world has taught me how to be creative in a structured way – from making scenes and songs come to life, to collaborative brainstorming and ideas, kids love to be imaginative, and acting is all about tapping into that inner childlike imagination.

I have several years of babysitting experience, and am incredibly comfortable with NYC – I am looking forward to meeting that family that I am a great fit for.
