I’ve been fortunate enough to have grown up in a very large family – my dad being one of 12 and my mom being one of 8 meant that every family gathering was a massive “playdate” with all of my cousins. My earliest experiences with babysitting never even felt like a job, I would be looking after the younger cousins for hours on end because I truly enjoyed doing it!

Although years later I no longer have to look after anyone at family gatherings, this same sentiment towards babysitting still stays with me today – it’s something that I enjoy doing and rarely feels like an actual “job”.
