Hello! My name is Joshua and I am a babysitter/caregiver. I am 24 years old and currently enrolled in university here in NYC. I have been babysitting now for almost three years and I think it is one of best and most rewarding jobs to have. I became a babysitter after being recommended to work with children by a professor who saw my interaction with her own children and thought I should give it a try. That was 2 1/2 years ago and I am still working with the same family while also doing other babysitting jobs on the side. I love being a caregiver because it gives me a chance to interact with children. Working as a caregiver has been challenging; tested my limits and has assisted in shaping me into a well-rounded individual. Children are beautiful, unmolded creatures, or little monsters, however you choose to look at it. Their path to leadership and success is in the hands of their parents and caretakers.
