I have been passionate about working with children since I was a child myself. As a child and teenager, I often babysat my younger brother and learned the joy of childcare for the first time. Soon I began babysitting my parents friends children and as an adult, I have continued babysitting part time for family members children as well as friend’s children. I have babysat children of all ages; infants through teenagers. I genuinely enjoy caring for children of all ages. I believe adults have just as much to learn from children as children do from adults, and being around children is simply good for the soul.

I have also worked with sick and special needs children. As a teenager I interned at a child adolescent psychiatrist hospital (Four Winds) two summers in a row, and with the ChildLife program at Montefiore children’s hospital one summer. Through these experiences I learned unique child-care skills that impact my interactions with both children and adults.
