Hi! My name is Kristen Flick. Im 26 years old and currently living in the Financial District. I have over 10 years of experience caring for children ranging from 10 months to 12 years old.

Over the years, Ive built strong, lasting relationships with families, many of whom Ive worked with for years and who would be happy to provide awesome references. My longest nannying experience was during college, I supervised for the same family for two summers and a full year after graduation. I cared for four children- from a newborn to a middle schooler, handling everything from school and camp pick-ups to meal prep, homework help, and creating fun, engaging activities. I’ve also supervised up to 7 children at once during group date nights with their family friends!

Families Ive worked with describe me as trustworthy, bubbly, and dependable… and Ive proudly earned the title of favorite babysitter more than a few times.

Since graduating from Quinnipiac University in 2021, I have worked in Talent Acquisition in the corporate world until this past August 2025, when I was unfortunately part of company-wide layoffs. Now, with more time on my hands, Im excited to return to something Ive always loved: caring for kids and supporting busy families.
