I have been an american red cross certified lifeguard and swim instructor for 2-5 year olds for the last three years. I love my job and spend all day, every day with children when I am working. I would be happy to provide your children with swim lessons as well! (includes CPR training, infant/child/adult, emergency lifesaving tactics, etc.)

I have been a babysitter for 6 different families and a short-term nanny for 2 other families, and loved my experience with all of them! I currently still babysit from time to time for 2 of the families. The older siblings in the other families are now old enough to stay home alone and watch their younger brothers and sisters, but I have a close bond with the families and see them often! Living in a military town, both of the families I have nannied for moved away this past May/June.

I drive my own car, a Honda CRV, and have a completely clean driving record. No parking tickets, speeding tickets, or accidents in my history of driving.

I am the founder of the non-profit organization Virginia Junior Master Naturalists. It is a program that consists of 25 children, 5 teen leaders and 2 adult program advisors. It meets every other Sunday during the school year at the Brock Environmental Center in Virginia Beach, partnered with 4H, The Chesapeake Bay Foundation, Lynnhaven River Now, and Virginia Master Naturalists. It reflects my passion for encouraging children to explore outdoors, learn about the environment, and practice stewardship whenever they can!

I also have a part-time job performing as a Disney princess (Belle, Jasmine, Pocahontas) at birthday parties, events and parades! I am attending New York University in the fall for musical theatre. I play piano and I sing/dance/act. If your children have fun doing things like that, I will readily teach them piano lessons or have some vocal sessions/dance lessons just for fun! It’s always a good idea to promote confidence in these areas at a young age.

I am a certified dog walker through Wag, and love pets! I’m also always willing to help around the house with housekeeping, cooking, etc.
