I have always loved children and eventually I would love to become a teacher to middle school children. I started babysitting in high school for two girls (ages 4 and 6) and fell in love with getting to know all kinds of children and developing relationships with them. In college, I taught children in Panama for a few months and that was an incredible experience. I lived in a tiny rural village so I was able to really grow close to all of the children in the village, playing soccer or softball with them in the park after school or just talking to them about their life and futures. Just recently, I also became a mother, so I have been spending every day with my little son, and I have enjoyed every moment of it. I absolutely love children and I learn so much every day from them!
