I have always helped take care of kids being an older cousin to many young cousins. In high school I did after school child care and weekend date nights then in college became a regular scheduled nanny. I have also been a camp counselor for middle and high school age and have even taken care of newborns. I am open minded to how every family approaches child care and their philosophy on parenting. I personally love Montessori methods and RIE (Resources for Infant Educarers).
