I am a recent graduate of the University of Pennsylvania available to babysit or tutor in the evenings and weekends. Since I graduated from college, I have worked a full time job, but missed working with children. I love continuing to have a positive impact on children by providing an educational and fun environment while babysitting. I enjoy helping with homework, doing arts and crafts, and spending time exploring interesting activities in the city.

My experience with children includes coaching gymnastics, tutoring math and reading, facilitating interactive science lessons in a school in West Philadelphia, and mentoring a middle school student through the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization. I taught gymnastics classes at a YMCA from 2011 until 2014, working with groups of about 8 gymnasts at a time aged 18 months to 13 years in classes and camp programs. During 2017-2018, I began coaching the competitive team at a club gym near my school. This involved working with 40-50 girls ranging in age from 5 to 18 during practices and at competitions. During college, I was a tutor for the West Philadelphia Tutoring program, and was paired with a student for the semester to work with them on reading and math one hour per week. Their ages ranged from 7-9. As a Big Sister, I visited my Little Sister’s school for an hour per week during 2014-2018, playing games, working on homework, and talking about future planning with her while she was in fourth through seventh grade.
