Hello! My name is Samantha Marin (Sam) and I am a 22-year-old graduate from Union College in Schenectady, NY. I majored in Psychology with a focus on Pediatric Clinical Psychology and hope to eventually become a licensed Child and Family Psychologist. My experiences babysitting have been a natural and essential foundation for my career goals and my long-time passion for working with children combined with my knowledge of developmental psychology make me an incredibly active, devoted, and knowledgable babysitter. Babysitting has been an enjoyable and gratifying part of my life from the time I was in high school and would babysit occasionally for date nights to babysitting regularly part-time during summers and school breaks while in college. The youngest child I have babysat for part-time was 3 months old, so I am truly comfortable with all ages and I have experience babysitting multiple children at one time, with 6 being the most I have worked with at once. Additionally, I spent a summer as a camp counselor for eighteen 6-year-old girls which gave me immense experience as well. All in all, I am a fun, light-hearted, energetic, and, most importantly, responsible babysitter and have an immense passion for working with kids. Additionally, I am CPR certified.
