I worked at an elementary school which gave me the responsibilities of not only playing with the kids, but as well as educating. It was a program called KLAS (Kids Learn After School), I was a peer leader helping students with their homework and occasional mini drama. I have worked with kids from ages of preschool to 5th grade. I am out going, hard working, understanding, and compassionate. I believe those qualities are what make a good care giver because it allows the child to feel some sort of security knowing they can trust and feel comfortable around me. Building bonds are important, Ive helped with shy kids step out of their shell, to even trouble makers calming down. The range extends, especially because I started taking care of kids way before working with them. Since 11 years old with my nephew and baby cousins.
