I am a mother of 3, all are adults now. I babysat from the age of 12 through college. For the past 19 years I have been a full time REALTOR and am have recently decided to solely work with family, friends and past clients (as opposed to Zillow leads, etc) and am looking to supplement my income and time with something a bit different. I taught for 5 years while raising my own children then started my Real Estate career. I do have a background check, fingerprint, child abuse and TB test results, all completed in January 2024 when I applied for a position at our school district. I did get the job but decided I needed something more flexible.
