I love kids! Im a fun, young at heart,active 64 yr. old woman. I have six grown children starting off with identical twin boys, Curt & Kyle, followed by Sarah, Shawn, Grace, & Allie . My 29 yr. old son Shawn has Down Syndrome, he resides at Misericorda Heart of Mercy, since he turned 22.
I have experience in talking care of medically fragile babies, toddlers, children , etc. as Ive had my own experience with my late daughter Sarah. Also having a son with physical & mental disability, Im experienced in special needs.
As a stay at home mom, I did infant & childcare in my home for teachers in my childrens schools.
I presently work part time 2 mornings a week at my church babysitting infants while the Moms gather for a support group.
I was a Daisy, Brownie, & Girl Scout leader, I also ran the Spred (Special Religious Education) at my church.
Im a high school graduate with some college. Im a CNA, although I need to get re-certified.
