I worked in a day care center as a assistant teacher which included writing and implementing lesson plans that support the childs interest and developmental growth. Direct care and supervision of all children in care. I communicated effectively with families about the care and support of their child. Observing and assessing children in the class and also worked collectively within a team to create a nurturing and safe environment for the children.

I also worked at the Boys and Girls Club of Philadelphia as a program assistant which involved organizing and leading a variety of small and large group activities each week.
