I’ve loved kids for my entire life; even when I was a child myself, I gravitated towards taking care of those younger than me. I’m currently pursing my degree in Middle Grades Education at Temple University, with the hope of eventually becoming a literacy specialist. I also volunteer at a literacy center in North Philadelphia called Tree House Books, which promotes its mission of improving literacy through providing access to books and childrens’ programming for North Philly and beyond.

I have years of experience with babysitting and working with children in the classroom, and I love to do all sorts of fun arts and crafts activities with children to keep them away from their screens. I am also comfortable with cats, dogs, reptiles, fish, rodents and all kinds of pets.
