Hi Sittercity Community and Parents,
My name is Danielle Valentin and I have recently graduated and received my Bachelor’s Degree in English and have completed my NYS teaching program. I am currently in the process of completing my Master’s Degree so I can educate students who are blind and visually impaired. I have worked with children (ages 1-12) in diverse environments over the last 5 years. I have worked as an afterschool coordinator, completed student teaching in a third and fourth-grade classroom, was an instructor at a children’s gymnastics center, and volunteered as a kindergarten assistant. The transition to virtual learning due to the coronavirus pandemic has created a need for child-care and academic tutoring/assistance. I am happy and willing to do both!
