I am the eldest of 6 children so I have been babysitting since I was about 10 years old. I branched out of my family at 13 and started to care for babies of family friends. At 16 I spent my entire summer babysitting for a (at the time) 2 year old and absolutely loved it! At 18 I provided after school car for older children (11 & 13) with severe Autism. I have taken several babysitting classes when I was just getting started- 2 of which were run through the Red Cross.
