Hi! My name is Katherine and I’m a 4th year medical student at Temple University Lewis Katz School of Medicine. I spent all of middle school and high school regularly babysitting kiddos aged 10 months – 10 years old. I also was a camp counselor during the summers throughout high school and college. I absolutely love kids of all ages, as I find myself forming special bonds with each kid I care for, and I take the responsibility of a babysitter extremely seriously. I am in my last semester of medical school, and will graduate this May to become an ER doctor. My babysitting experience coupled with my vast knowledge of emergency medicine and medical care hopefully provides you some comfort and security in trusting that your child/children will be safe in my care. I am looking to babysit during this final semester, after taking a hiatus for a few years, because I have a much easier schedule now and would like to make a little bit of money since I have been surviving off of student loans. Growing up, my parents heavily relied on babysitters for us, so I know how important and special a babysitter can be in a child’s life. I hope to meet you and your kiddo(s) and be as special of a caretaker for them as mine were for me!

I am covid vaccinated + boosted, flu vaccinated, and up to date on all other vaccinations. I am not working in the hospital or directly with patients at all this semester, so you need not be worried about my exposures as a medical student.
