I have a bachelors degree in psychology. My training has included classes in child development, neurology, and psychopathology. I would be able to care for a child with mild-moderate autism or other developmental disabilities. Ive also interned at Sarah Reed Childrens Center, which is an inpatient facility for children with severe behavioral, trauma, and mental health issues. Ive seen severe behavioral issues, and have been trained and certified in Safe Crisis Intervention. My experience shadowing child therapists and psychologists has prepared me to work with children from diverse demographics in a firm but compassionate manner. Im fun-loving and very active, and especially enjoy engaging in arts and crafts with children. I have basic housekeeping experience and am an excellent cook.
