I love children, and my compassionate nature and friendly personality make me get along with them in no time. I am a punctual, energetic, and dependable person who can keep children happy, and this quality makes me happy too. I want to work with children because it’s what I know and what I do well. I began babysitting in seventh grade for two nights per week. I continued to babysit throughout high school, becoming close to many families. I was often called on short notice for emergencies. The best part has been seeing kids grow up and sharing special moments with their families. Now I’m taking classes at the community college in hopes of opening my own in-home child care center within the next four years.
