Hello!

My name is Vu and I love kids! I am 25 years old and have completed both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in anthropology at UCF. I recently moved to Philadelphia to attend the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine.

I have babysat for several families in both the central Florida area and Knoxville, TN for over 2 years now. I have also volunteered at Nemours Children’s Hospital as part of the Child Life team. I helped children and families cope with stress and uncertainty of illness through fun, engaging activities as well as clean play spaces to maintain a sterile, safe environment. Additionally, I used to work part-time as a Barbizon instructor where I taught modeling, acting, and professional development to students between the ages of 8 and 18 on the weekends.

In my spare time when I’m not studying or working, I exercise, paint, and sew clothes and costumes. I like to create fun, artistic activities for children, so that they can be inspired and foster their creativity. My schedule during the week is prepared by Penn Dental Medicine, but I am available in the evenings and on weekends.
