Hello! My name is Imani & I come from a very big family. 7 other siblings to be exact! Having a big family is like having a lot of friends with different personalities that you just learn to love even when things are stressful. My mother wasnt the richest she sacrificed her whole life for us when she was so young, Im forever grateful. I always helped my mom cook, clean and bathe my younger siblings. She never asked she would just cry because she knew she had amazing children that seen she was just one person doing this every single day of her life by herself. I cared my younger siblings all my life. I started a family owned daycare at 17 and I loved working with children every since. I also cared for my grandmother when she was really sick so im experienced with elderly people to. I love making impacts in people lives, Im currently in school to be a licensed cosmetologist but im on break for a couple of months. I have the biggest heart and Im always dedicated to my job! I matured really fast for my age which tends to happen in big families, I started working at 15 years old and now Im a independent strong mother. yes Working with children have made me a better person. I have a child of my own whos turning 3 soon and its been the best years of my life. I want to expand my family when Im finally stable but in the mean time one really cool family is all we need! Being a single parent isnt easy thats why Im choosing this field because I know everyone needs a helping hand ecspecially with children. I want to be that babysitter a family absolutely loves! I want to build bonds and make your child(ren) feel secure and happy. Some of the skills I have are singing, swimming, crafting & drawing. I love to challenge myself and others because I know anything is possible. Im at this point in life where im still undecided on my career but I know with the skills I have I can help and guide anyone. Any family that chooses me will be very lucky!!
