I am a fun, energetic, and caring person with experience caring for children from infants to teenagers. I have live-in experience as well as experience with special needs and disabled children. I got into childcare not only because I love children, but because a family friend of mine hired me to be a live-in nanny for her ten year old autistic son. Ever since then, I’ve developed a patience and understanding for children from all walks of life. My experience has taught me ways of peaceful conflict resolution without raising my voice or frustrating me or the child. I believe that all children need to be listened to and respected in order for them to give respect in return. I started caring for children to be that listening ear.
