Hi! Im Tierra, and Im originally from beautiful San Diego, California. Ive been nannying and babysitting for years, and being around kids has always been something that brings me so much joy. Kids have this amazing energy and spark that I absolutely love being around, and getting to spend time with your child would truly be an honor.

I graduated from the University of Washington in 2019 with a degree in Medical Anthropology and Global Health, and Im now one year into my Physician Assistant program at Widener University, where I also serve as Class President. While school keeps me busy, caring for kids has always been one of my favorite parts of life. I grew up with nannies who made a big impact on me, and Id love to be that positive and supportive presence for your family.

You can count on me to be reliable, dependable, and fun. Im energetic and love staying activewhether thats playing sports like basketball, baseball, softball, or golf, or just getting outside for some fresh air. Im also trained as a florist, so I love bringing creativity into the mix with fun, hands-on activities, crafts, and games that let kids explore their imaginations.
