At the Brooklyn Chinese-American Association (BCA) we offer free or affordable child care services through the ACS program. This program is designed to serve the child care needs of low-income families and families with both working parents. The age group served through this program ranges from 2 to 5 years old.

The primary objective of our program is to enhance the overall development of the children – namely their social emotional cultural intellectual cognitive and linguistic growth – so that they will grow up into “whole” persons. Therefore our program aims at helping the children establish healthy emotional behavior patterns and attitudes encouraging their cognitive growth through various forms of exercises and self-expressions developing their social skills through interaction with peers and teachers and familiarizing the children with Chinese American and other ethnic cultures.
