CAMBA STARS at PS 249 in Flatbush Brooklyn began in 1989 and offers at risk youth a structured atmosphere and emphasizes drug prevention/education counseling (group and individual) positive alternatives to drug use/abuse and recreational activities. It is an afterschool program for children from grades 1 through 5. This facility is authorized to administer over-the-counter topical ointments only
